Known for her tenacity and will to obtain the best outcome for her clients, Linda began her path to the Bar by working in many disciplines of the legal profession. She has developed her practice to hone her expertise in advocacy.
 

As part of the immigration team at VCC Linda has appeared in the lower and higher courts in all areas of law and appears regularly at all levels of the courts.

 

Linda is passionate in defending those who are the most vulnerable in society, 

appeared on BBC2’s Victoria Derbyshire in 2018 to expose the shortcomings of the Home Office in its detention practises, with a firm belief in fairness and transparency. She was recently interviewed by the BBC World Service to air the legal concerns regarding the proposed 2021 changes to the points-based system.

 

Linda was Called to the Bar in Ghana in 2010. She often travels internationally to represent the interests of her client both home and abroad, most notably in Ghana, regarding land and property disputes.

 

Linda is registered with the Bar Council as able to accept work under the Public Access Scheme, with litigation
