Crime
Len is an astute criminal defence barrister who spends most days in the crown court defending clients nationally on all criminal matters, ranging from the most serious of cases to the lesser common assaults. He is also a qualified solicitor-advocate (crime and civil) registered with The Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. 

Regulatory

He is also a specialist healthcare lawyer and advocates who specialises in healthcare law and regulation. Len is experienced in defending healthcare professionals, namely, doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals including paramedics, social workers and carers at GMC, NMC, GDC, GPHC, and SWE (Social Work England) professional disciplinary tribunals. He also has vast experience of coroner’s court and inquests, having worked in a coroner’s office for some years. 

Motoring

Len appears in court nationally defending clients on all matters involving motoring offences, from dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention to driving to drink/drug driving, driving with no licences and or no insurance. 

Taxi Licensing

He is also a specialist taxi licensing defence lawyer, who assists private hire drivers in the magistrates court on all matters related to private ire taxi licensing revocations and suspension of private hire licenses, all the way through to the appeals in the crown court.

As a specialist barrister, Len offers robust, clear, objective and independent expert advice to clients on the strengths and weakness of their case.
