Catherine works with a number of organisations to provide updated and clear advice to clients. With her background as a former solicitor, Catherine is able to provide global advice to clients on all aspects of their cases. Able to deal with nuances in cases is her strength and her successes are the testimony to her work ethic.
 

Catherine’s is a member of the immigration team.  She has a wide range of experience in this field. This includes: complex application preparation, representing clients in all immigration cases and bail hearings. Catherine’s immigration practice encompasses personal and business advisory work. Her experience of working within and with the Filipino community and organisations continues to inform her pragmatic, firm but sensitive approach to her cases.

 

Catherine is registered with the Bar Council as able to accept work under the Public Access Scheme, with litigation
